Define the Problem

We can’t find a solution until we have a clear idea of what the problem is. Wether is a new design or a re-design of an existing one, we must understand what do we want to communicate and who are we communicating to. We listen to the client and follow his imput and most important, we put ourselves in the place of the user.

Background Research

Collect information. What is there out there. What do competitors have and what don´t they have. What are the consumers lacking. How can we improve their lives is basically our goal.

Collect Information and start brainstorming

Collect ideas, take photographs and gather data to start getting inspiration. Brainstorming and analysis of Ideas. Start sketching and studying so we can start to understand how all the data and information we’ve collected may impact the design.

Choose and develop the best solutions

Present the ideas to as many people as possible to get insightful comments and develop the most interesting concepts.

Ideas and improve

Take the preliminary ideas and improve the reflecting on all of your feedback to decide if or to what extent it should be incorporated. It is often helpful to take solutions back through the Design Process to refine and clarify them.
